You are supported by three certified NLP trainers. Collectively we have over 25 years experience designing and delivering NLP training programs.

• Su Thomas is a communication expert, who speaks 5 languages... 6 including her fluency in body language. Su is a certified Human Behavior Consultant , Master Hypnosis Consultant, certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP trainer, and founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
• John Sweetnam is an inspiring and dynamic trainer, who has excelled in family business for 35 years. A successor to two family businesses and founder of three, John is also uniquely trained as a family business facilitator, certified by the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAF). John is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP trainer, Consulting Hypnotist, a certified Master of Time Line Therapy, a certified Leadership Facilitator in nonviolent communication and holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University in Montreal.
• Roger Ellerton has helped individuals, from all walks of life and all ages to learn, to address challenges at work and at home and to get more of what they desire in life. He accomplished this as a tenured faculty member at the University of New Brunswick, an executive in the Canadian federal government, a certified management consultant (CMC), a coach, a business, personal growth and certified NLP trainer and as an author and international public speaker. He has been listed in the "International Who's Who in Education" and is the author of the books "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You" and "Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: 5 Step Action Plan". He holds a PhD from Virginia Tech.

• At each NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training, we have a minimum of two NLP coaches to guide you through the process and to help you get what you are looking for.
• Our NLP trainings are limited to a maximum of 25 participants and are highly experiential, thus accelerating and enhancing your learning experience. You remember 10% of what you hear, 30% of what you read and 90% of what you do! We put an emphasis on you using NLP to help yourself and others.
• Our participant to trainer/coach ratio is 5:1 or better. The best anywhere!
• The Wright NLP Training Centre offers a spacious facility with free parking and an attached full kitchen for you to use. We provide bottled water, coffee/tea, fruits, bread and other snacks for your enjoyment; or you are welcome to bring your own. The training centre has an attached 30 foot deck with access to the lawn and nearby stream. This facility is owned by one of our trainers, thus, you know we are serious and will be here for some time to come.
• We provide opportunities for our graduates to participate in our ongoing programs and look to building a large community from which we can all benefit.
• We subscribe to all NLP schools of thought, thus our trainings provide you with a broad understanding and expertise in NLP.
• Our NLP training is recognized by the American Board of NLP and the Canadian Association of NLP (CANLP). We have held board positions on CANLP and have supported this organization financially as well as with our personal efforts.
• Our students have come from across Canada, many states in the United States, as well as from Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and Brazil.
